and finally...

On our last day in Los Cabos, we went horseback riding.

We rode to the beach with 2 tour guides. The one with us spoke english. The other (alone on the beach) was the horse trainer. Chano kept us entertained with his songs which we couldn't understand. Baltazar occaisionally translated for us.

and still more?

On Thursday, we went to the harbor in Cabo San Lucas for a sunset cruise. The harbor is on the Sea of Cortez with a little penninsula going south and protecting it from the Pacific Ocean.

In the Harbor...

Lover's Beach... an isolated beach only accessible by boat.
.

On the boat. Behind me on the rock is a sea Lion.
In these pics we are almost to Land's End where the Sea meets the Ocean
The sunset was beautiful over the Pacific. Well worth the dousing from the choppy waters.

the rest of the vacation

Okay, I'm buckling down and finishing our vacation post because I'm leaving again in 6 days to be with my Tiffany and her new baby...

Our room was beautiful and luxurious and comfortable. We had a balcony that looked over a pool and the beach.

This is a sunrise over the Sea of Cortez, from our balcony. Bruce loves sunrises, I prefer sunsets...

We spent a lot of time by the pool and in the pool. We could relax and watch the waves on the beach from our lounges or the back of the pool.

Los Cabos, Mexico

So, Bruce had to go to Los Cabos, Mexico for 5 grueling days of 1-2 hours of work daily. I couldn't send him off for such toughness by himself so I tagged along to console him.

.

We arrived in the middle of a storm and this was the view from our balcony.

The rain moved off that night and then we had this...

Life's tough sometimes.
